i really appreciated the quietness of my room given the location. the water pressure in the shower was very nice, a real treat after a long day. the staff were lovely and helpful, and i also found a convenient corner shop nearby.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful , readily assisting with directions and requests. I appreciated the large, free parking , a great convenience. The food at the pub was good and offered excellent value. I found the unique building with its interesting art more appealing than the chain hotels nearby.
I noticed some slight wear in the bathroom , mainly some peeling paint , that could use a touch-up.

The hotel has a bar serving a great choice of beers , with a relaxing spot for evening drinks. Guests also get a 20% discount on food when staying at the hotel . The pub food was tasty and good value.

My Standard Double Room was equipped with amazing temperature control, ensuring a comfortable environment. I found the bed to be very comfortable , promoting a restful sleep. The room was very clean and well kept . The room also had lots of space.

The check-in process was effortless because the staff was friendly. Poli and Polina were particularly attentive , promptly addressing any requests. The bar staff were very kind, contributing to a very pleasant experience. The staff were very efficient.

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the DLR, giving easy access to South and central areas. The location near the Excel Prince Regent entrance is very convenient for events. I used the side door for coming and going out of hours.

the location was very convenient near excel. the room was spacious with lots of storage and hangers. i appreciated the dressing table and full length mirror , made getting ready easy.
the room felt quite outdated. the bathroom was small, and i struggled with space around the toilet. there was also a strange smell, possibly from previous animals.

The hotel offered free parking on site and a side entrance providing direct access to the rooms, avoiding the pub area. This added extra convenience. a new fan was available in the room too.

no hot waterpoor curtains
I had no hot water . staff were informed but no one followed up. also, my room faced the bar. Noise levels were high, and the curtains didn't close properly, meaning light pollution at night was a problem.
